Moving Out

  • Inventory, sort, and personally pack all belongings, using our organized method based on the final room destination to ensure an efficient move-in process at the next location. 

  • Create an itemized document to track your furnishings and large pieces of art and decor. 

  • Recommend and coordinate with auction houses to sell specific items. 

  • Sort, organize and schedule items for donation or disposal.

  • Supervise cleaners, repair people, dumpsters or other service providers to prepare your home for the closing.

Moving In

  • Supervise movers and ensure each item reaches its proper destination. 

  • Oversee furnishings are placed according to floor plan.

  • The Basic Settle includes unpacking all box contents and storing in appropriate locations.

  • The Settler specializes in estate clear-outs for clients facing life transitions. We ensure this process is as stress-free and efficient as possible. Many of our clients have acquired countless family heirlooms that need to be properly stored, transported to various family members across state lines, or sold at auction houses.

    We engage and recommend appropriate service providers who have proven track records and impeccable expertise in the valuation and sale of fine art, jewelry, antiques and one-of-a-kind furniture. We manage the entire process – from liaising with appraisers to coordinating appointments and pick-ups.

  • We carefully handle specialty items that require temperature-controlled warehouses, such as art and wine. Additionally, we have relationships with trusted vendors that can readily access appropriate storage facilities, such as delivering wine on scheduled dates.

    • Help prepare home by decluttering as well as coordinate with stagers in order to get your home ready for professional listing photography

    • In addition, we will work with your treasures to arrange your home so that it looks top notch
